I bought a precooked turkey breast from Kroger's grocery store and it was cooked that day, and kept under one of those big heating trays with a lamp. I bought it Monday evening and brought it straight home and put it in my refrigerator (not the freezer). I'm planning on serving it Christmas Eve evening, which is 4 days from when I bought it. I was told by the store employees that unopened and sealed, it will keep refrigerated for a week, but my sister says I should throw it out. She says turkey should not be kept for more than 3 days after cooking and refrigerating. Does anyone know who is correct?
