I reported a case to the sheriffs office regarding solicitation of a minor on myspace and voice mails confirming his physical contact with a minor. The detective that got the report said he was able to validate my info. He said the girl has a past history of dating older men and her parents will not cooperate with him. He turned this over to DCFS 3 weeks ago. He is a felon on probation for drugs and i reported his drug dealing as well. They have not even questioned him and it has been 5 weeks. does anyone know about these types of investigations and standard procedure/protocol. They have not confiscated his computer/phone records or anything. How does this work?
