My girlfriend at the time and I got a car and it got repod 6 years ago. Everyone keeps telling me it 7 years to be off your credit. A buddy of mine keeps telling me that after the 7 years another company buys the debt and they tack it on for another 7 years. Im at a stand still...I dont know what to do.... Im think about filling bankrupcy but I only have about 15 thousand in debt, I just dont have the money just laying around but would like to build my credit back up....Help please!!!!!!
