I recently got hired by Sears (I know..a job's still a job right now, ha) on my second interview (10/14), and I took the drug test the same day. I've called them twice, asking them when I should begin training; I even spoke to my boss, but even she tells me to wait until they're done with my background check and that they would call me. I'm now thinking they may be stalling the process and only hiring me when the holidays are around the corner. What do you think? Am I being impatient and should just wait before I go looking for another job? I seriously need a job right now, and I feel like I'm wasting my time.
