I am fourteen, five foot nine, and about 125 pounds.
I ride my bike on a relatively flat surface (the road) and it would be helpful to melt a bit off my butt/thigh area. I've heard cycling is a good exercise for this, but how long would I have to ride to see results at a moderate to high bike speed? And if I did this everyday for about a month, would I see results? Thanks!
