how long do I have to store someones crap that the judge ordered them to remove

from my property w/i 1 week.? it is a boat on a trailer and a car with no engine.
The judge told him he had to remove it off my property with in 1 week and now we are going into the second week.
when can I call a wreching company to have it removed and disposed of?
this is in California
