A letter of forfeiture was recently sent to me. The raid was a little over a year ago. I had just assumed that the money was forfeited and then this letter arrives instructing me to sign it. The money was found in the pocket of my husband's shirt. He was not arrested nor charged with any crime but the money was confiscated. It was approximately $2000 from his pension account.
