I am now on Week 2. Saw my doctor today, I don't think he knows an awful lot about the drug. He seemed shocked that I was still smoking on it. I decided to go on Wellbutrin instead of Champix as Wellbutrin has an anti-depressant agent in it.
People that I have talked to have been on Champix continued to smoke for a few weeks before quitting.
Anyway, I got another two weeks worth (300 Mgs) and wonder when the receptors in my brain will make me lose the desire to stop smoking.
If you have used Wellbutrin successfully, can you help me by explaining how it worked, and how long it took to really stop smoking without the cravings?
