It came in a bag that said 12-16 pounds. I am thinking it is either 13 or 14 pounds. It has no stuffing, only an orange I cut in half then cut in to eighths. It is at 250 degrees. Has been there for about 45 minutes now.
No meat thermometer unfortunately.
