R Ray Ray New member Nov 2, 2009 #2 I put mine on low or around 250 and cook it all day from morning to around 6. just make sure you check it periodically and keep oil or butter in the bottom and also if mine gets dry on the bottom i will add a cup of water with the butter. good luck
