We had a new roof put on our house in September 2008. We tried to contact the company about any remaining balance due for about 6 months after the roof was completed. No one ever returned our calls or offered anything in writing about a balance. Now, over a year later we have received a bill. Is there a statute of limitations on how long they have to bill us? (We live in Indiana.)
