I have joined the gym two months ago and go on average 4 days a week doing 2 hours of cardio (a mixture of spinning, boxing and LBT) and 2 of resistance (Bodypump) plus one hour of Pilates.
I have a very good diet as I see a nutritionist, although I do have the occasional bit of sweet (my main downfall).
I haven't seen any weight loss at all so far, all I can see is that I am a bit more toned. I know I am swapping fat for muscle and muscle weighs more but I was wondering when I will be able to start seeing any real difference if not in weight in dress size. I am currently 5.4" and weight 11 Stones making me a size 12-14

Each work out burns between 450-700 calories (I have a heart rate monitor to track my progress).
