I've been looking for a road bike. I saw one that i liked (used and relatively cheap), but its a ten year old cannondale road bike with Dura Ace components (Also ten years Old). I was wondering if a bike that old would have a replaceable derailleur hanger? I want to know because, if i fall and somehow land on the derailluer would i be able to replace just the hanger? (even though it is pretty unlikely that i land on it)
How long ago were replaceable derailleur hangers put on bikes/bike frames?
