How long after conception does it take for a EARLY home pregnancy test to show

possitive? The last day of my period was NOV 3 2008 and I had a feeling I was pregnant so I took a HPT on Nov 27th and it came back possitive. How many days AFTER conception can you get a possitive result on a EARLY test? This HPT was 5 days sooner from First Response.
 
usually u conceive 9 ish days after the end of ur cycle (day 14 on a 28 day cycle) so really 2 weeks after that and you should know
