How likely am I to be accepted to James Madison University for the Fall 2009 semester?

I did not get into JMU coming out of high school (with a 3.4 GPA). Now, I am almost finished with my freshman year at George Mason University. My first semester I obtained a 3.31 GPA. In high school I was a 3 sport varsity athlete and a member of the National Honor Society. How likely am I to be accepted to JMU this fall?
