How is this segment of poetry?

Hey there. I'm not used to poetry or anything--I mostly use it to relieve stress and express myself without really showing it to anyone. I did write this just now... Might be obvious what it's about: this guy who I want to abandon me so I can get over him. Here goes?

No, no, no is what I said to you.
A far cry from when all I wanted was more.
Just go and leave me to myself and my tortuous thoughts.
It's not like you could make me smile now that it's over.

Leave, leave me alone is what I need to scream.
Don't you dare make eye contact.
If you do, I might have to get up and retreat.
Forget the white flag. This meeting is scrapped.

Forget me now is what I want you to yell in my head.
Don't get your hopes up or you might get stabbed.
I'd be left with hideous responsibility, taking control
is the last thing I need, girl, trust me.

Run away before you can twist the knife.
It's not your fault, no, it's mine through and through.
It's your fault for temptation, but that's too cruel.
All you can be to me is another chance I went and blew.

Thanks.
