This is going to be kinda long by the way. So for a baby hows plan 1 and for an adult how is plan 2?

Plan 1

Day One: 3-6 Crickets
Day Two: 2 Meal worms, 3 Phoenix worms
Repeat
Dust meal worms and and crickets every feeding with calcium with D3
Every cricket feeding dust with Herpitive

Plan 2

Day 1: 5-9 Crickets
Day 3: 4 Meal worms 6 Phoenix worms
Repeat

Dust every other cricket feeding with calcium with D3. Herpitive every third cricket feeding.

For both plans: bowl of calcium in the tank. UTH on 24/7 Light (75 Watts) on a 6:30 off at 6:30. UTH and lights only on one side. Layers: UTH, terrarium, half inch of sand, half inch tiles, gecko and stuff. Water is changed daily. One hide on hot side, one on cool side, one humid hid on the hot side. Long Fibered Sphagnumagathium moss in the humid hide. Crickets and meal worms gut-loaded. 20 long aquarium. MARAZZI Montagna Lugano 6 in. x 6 in. Glazed Porcelain Floor & Wall Tile (via Home Depot) flooring. Terrarium sprayed once a week.

Questions:
Can I teach a gecko to come by making a clicking sound and putting a worm in my hand and have the gecko get it then eventually take away the worm after a month? Phoenix worm dealers online? How long of "play time" can a leopard gecko have? Any other useful information about feeding and heating?
