Well, I am trying to get bigger arms. I am 16 and about 5'6", 128 lbs. Every night before I go to bed, I do as many reverse pull-ups as I can on my pull-up bar (usually about 10-13). I then do 40 push-ups (I add 5 to the routine push-ups after a few days). Then I do ab exercises for my core. Then I'll have an "Ensure" protein drink (12g protein). However, I'm a Type 1 Diabetic so I can't just eat anything. If I can't eat the carbs at that time I'll have peanuts or cheese. I also drink about two cups of water. Is there anything that I can do to gain more muscle, or any routine I could add? Should I do pull-ups when I get home from school as well? Hopefully I can go to the gym this summer. At the gym, should I do bench presses? Dumbells?
