How Is This For a Healthy Day of Eating?

this is an ex. for a day of eating in the summertime.
I know the salad may be bad in terms of dressing but I never eat much of it at all. I don't have a huge appetite and usually don't eat even 1500 calories (I know, probably too little for a teen). I never drink 8 glasses of water so I'm trying to space it out like that and the 2 snacks, well I never snack either but it's to boost my calories and my metabolism. I'm trying to lose 17 lbs.
Breakfast- a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with raspberries and 2% milk (spoon&drain- I hate milk), 2 cups of water.
Snack- mandarin orange fruit cup, 2 cups of water.
Lunch- greek salad (cucumbers, calamata olives, feta cheese, diced tomatoes, red onions, romaine and Italian vinaigrette) from Cosi. 1 cup of water.
Snack- handful of cashews. 1 cup of water.
Dinner- something grilled (like chicken), veggie as a side. 2 cups of water.
