...defecit by $81 billion? According to the CBO, the health bill is going to cost $829 billion over 10 years. How does this translate into a reduction in the federal deficit?
You would think the genuines who write these news articles would explain this.
 
It means we are going to spend that $829billion any way and, we will save whatever the number is by which the federal deficit will be reduced.
