how is the outrigger palms or the Aston Kaanapali Shores in maui?

I have looked at staying at either the Wailea Beach Marriott or the Grand Wailea, however my mom gave me the names of the Outrigger and Aston Kaanapali. We will be going with my parents, my brother and his girlfriend ...and then myself, husband and 18 month old daughter...Where should we stay and why??
