how is the easiest way to hard wire an additional cigerette lighter plug to my 95 Buick?

wanted an additional power source out of center never hardwired anything before any info?
 
You can run a line from your fuse box and it is the safest. You just need to determine if you only want it on when the car is running or all the time, and find a fuse that corresopnds.
