I already read an answer at how this show is filmed in LA. But I saw the episode where a girl was kidnapped and such. How are the camera men just able to sit there and watch this if it's real. It's like, "Aw, who cares if she gets killed, it makes good TV.." I know the camera crew must be livin' luxury anyway. Do all the people have to sign a contract saying they accept death in any situation?? If a medical crew is able to be dispatched at any notice, than all this would be fake then and there right?
