How is section (balcony) 319 at TD Banknorth Garden - Boston for an end stage concert.?

I purchased face value tickets for Miey Cyrus in Boston at the Garden.
I have section 319 row 9. It says that it is a side view. I think they seem pretty good compared to another balcony at the far end that were $20 more per ticket face value. Who has sat in these seats and think they are good?
 
According to the seating chart below, it looks like sect 319 is above and to the side of Stage Right. You will have a good perspective of their hair. I would pay the additional $20 and take binoculars.
