how is runes of magic(pvp,community,etc)?

i played wow for like 2-3 years and i quit like in may. so ive been looking at videos of this game and it looks pretty good but i see people say stuff like its laggy and crappy. Is the pvp in this game fun/good cause i really liked playing bgs in wow. and how is the community like is there a lot of people. i hope im making sense
