How is protease enzyme labeled?

I am taking a supplement that says NOT to take it with any protease enzyme containing product. Will Protease enzymes be labeled explicitly as such? Or are Protease enzymes more of a "category." Meaning: am I grand if my digestive enzyme bottle doesn't SAY "Protease" anywhere on it?
