translates to wealth redistribution? This health care reform bill is "deficit Neutral", through taxation. It's going to tax people who are successful and redistribute their success (money), to those who don't achieve much (Those who make less of an income)
I didn't know success was earned through begging or redistribution. Maybe next time when I apply for a job, get grades, or buy a house. I'll beg my way for it, instead of working hard.
