How is it everyone thinks Apple is the leader in media?

When their very own quicktime is the most useless video player there is!
That also brings another question, if Mac has such a powerful photo editor, whe does everyone who owns a mac want photoshop?
Quicktime doesnt come close to playing all the formats windows media player supports MacDUD!
The question was PURELY to get your point across PB. It had nothing to do with sources. It was merely posted to wake up some of the people from believing all the mac hype.
 
that's because everyone who buys a mac is a brainwashed lemming that relies only on media sources to form opinions.
 
How is it useless? It plays apple codec files, windows plays windows codec files.

Creating films/photography has much more to it then just the codec you use.
