Bernanke and Greenspan both declared The Fed. operates outside federal control. Silverstein admitted to blowing up WTC. Rockefeller describes in his own book his plans to reduce global population by 90%. You can read about FEMA camps on the FEMA website. NORCOM openly admits returning vets will be used to contain rioting Americans. So, where is the "theory" in any of this?
