Internet at my school sucks during peak hours (9-12), and I like to play TF2 (while using mumble [voip client]) at these hours, however my ping tends to easily spike over 500.
Comcast said they weren't allowed to install equipment in my dorm room, so my final option is 4G with Sprint. Being located close to Boston, it seems I will get reception. I plan on getting this: http://shop.sprint.com/NASApp/onlinestore/en/Action/DisplayPhones?phoneSKU=MOT1504G
How is anyone's experience with gaming with Sprint's 4G network? Is it do-able, or am I wasting my time?
