When one takes a long hot bath the body gets a cold resistance even after you get out of the bath. Is this because:
1. the hot bath increases your metabolism and therefor your body is producing more heat to shield against cold,
2. the body absorbs and stores heat like a piece of metal,
3. or both these effects combined?
