How is cold buffet different from continental breakfast?

One hotel booking site is offering a room with cold buffet breakfast and the other the same room with continental breakfast. First one is a bit cheaper than the second one.

I wonder now in what way the cold buffet is different from continental breakfast and what I can expect to get in cold buffet.
 
I guess the cold buffet would include fruits and juice and I would think it is a more substantial breakfast where as the continental would only be coffee and croissant
