I saw this bullshit show, they had like 10 cops chasing 3 15 year old kids. One kid had drugs, they busted him down. So why the fuck aren't cops focusing on busting dealers and cleaning up ghettos, but rather on creating situations where people wouldn't have had a car to steal in the 1st place? How in the hell is this legal? I mean they're creating crimes rather than reducing existing crimes! When will cops step up and use their power to actually make a difference?
