How is alcohol portrayed by the media?

I would like to know as I am doing coursework about binge drinking and the effects it has on teenagers.
If you have any opions about any media (songs, TV, newspapers, radio) and how they might affect the young men and women of today, that would be greatly appreciated...

some songs influence teens that drinking is "cool" and media,television, radio all seem to think that every teenager binge drinks and gets into trouble there are still responsible people who can control themselfs
