How i stop strange messages in chat rooms?

hi when i enter yahoo chat rooms i get some instant messages from people they actually not real maybe it work from a computer program or software I tried report it spam but it's id continuously changed and still get strange messages like this so anybody can help me to stop it pls?
How i can get Admn? your answer not clear?
