1. Carley's Clear and Smooth (use once a day every day until there's no active acne left, then reduce to 3 times a week just to maintain result)

2. Mean time, built yourself to slowly be able to drink 6-8 full glasses of water a day. WATER is a MUST. It doesn't seem to do anything at first, but after 3 months, you will feel now much your body neeRAB water. You will see how soft your lips are, how fresh your breath gets, and how your fine lines seems to have disappeared. The first 2 month will be difficult because you don't see any good results yet, only constant peeing. But it will change and you won't feel the need to pee so much any more once your body gets the message that it's supposed to use that water and not push it all out. This is the MOST IMPORTANT component of my regimen. I find that whenever I neglect drinking this much water for 4 days in a row, then surely a new pimple would come up. I can skip the Carleys, the fish oil and the vegetables, but as soon as I skip water, I immediately feel the difference in my skin.

3. Fish oil. I try to take 1 a day because it's anti-inflammatory and good your health in general.

4. Vegetables. I try to eat the recommended amt of 2-3 servings a day. But sometimes I am not very good at that.

It's been 7 months and my skin is now dramatically better. I used to get a new cystic acne every week and each took several weeks to heal. Now I get a new acne every month but the healing time is much quicker.

Don't rely on antibiotics or expensive creams or proactive. They do show some sort of result but they have harmful side effects and they make you depend on them for the rest of your life. I've suffered acne for years and have at times been so dependent on these things that I felt like a drug addict. Now I realize that water is all your body neeRAB to heal itself from acne. Please be patient though because I didn't see any results until the third month into my regimen. Good luck.
