How I do send a picture to my cell phone?

I have a verizon cell phone and was to send a tif. picture to it. Well, I really want to know how to send any picture to my cell phone.
 
depending on the phone and your call plan... send it by email... text message... or, transfer it by-way-of USB cable.

You may have to change the photo from TIF to JPEG because of size.
 
Send an email to your number @vzwpix.com
This would send the picture to your phone as a picture message. For example, the number 234-567-8900 would be [email protected].
Or, if your phone came with a USB cable, you can trasnfer the pictures over that to the phone. Another option would be bluetooth (if both your phone and computer support it).
