I have Land Cruiser 2009 VX-R in my last usual service the agent tell me they have to reaper my gearbox because a factory fault. Now they well repair the problem but they give my a small car instead of my land Cruiser in the time of repair my car. I need to know is it my right to ask them replace my gearbox? and I need big car in the time they tray to fix my car?
Where i can call to contact the head Office of toyota compan?
