i am a non member in runescape . i really want to get 99 cooking and i am already got 83 cooking .
i like skill cape very much and i only try to get it ! its really amazing yeah?

what the best way for me to get 99 cooking cheap but not long way ?
how long it will?
can non members have skill cape?
if i be member can i get 99 cooking in 2/3 week or peak at 1 month?
