...opinion? How long do you think it would take. Do you think it would have the potential to become a "classic". Would people read it or think it too racist. What is you opinion
 
You would have to do research about it--I assume this would be a historical piece. As for how long it would take, well, that really depends. You're the author; it would be up to you.
