How hard will it be to get Pontiac parts?

Right now i have a 2003 grand prix and i am considering trading it in. i love this car but the previous owner i don't think treated it very well. i have only owned it for 1 year and a half and i have already put alot into it including 2 new axles. so i am looking at a 05 G6 but my concern is finding parts later when i need them now that pontiac will be no more. with the grand prix they have been in production for a long time so there are alot out there that i can get parts from where as the G6 is relatively newer. also will the parts be really expensive. Should i do the trade in or not?? thanks
