how hard is it to text on the Blackberry Bold 9700?

im thinking of getting it, but when i tried out the keyboard at the store it seemed kind of hard because the keys were small and had that one-sided thing

i heard it's one of the best keyboards Blackberry has though
does it get easier to type with? thanks!
