How hard is it to replace the front hubs on a 2002 ford f350 dually 4x4?

Should I replace the u joints and if so is it something I can do? Are there special tools that I need? How long will it take to do this procedure?
 
Well you will be needing air tools and lots of time because i cannot tell you approximately how much its going to take you because it can be more than you expect for the simple thing that can make the procedure harder.
 
You will need a lot of heavy duty pullers and such, but the job is pretty straight forward. The 2002 has a solid front axle and diff, so if you are just doing the outer hubs the u-joints should be inspected for excessive wear, but replacement is based on this inspection results.
