im in sixth form at the moment doing my as levels in chemistry physics biology and geography and after completing my a levels i would like to go to liverpool university to study medicine. i know that my a level results need to be outstanding but my teacher was telling me that due to the increased demands in wanting to study medicine they will also look at my gcse results, dont get me wrong i got 3 a's in chemuistry physics and biology and b's in everything else which isnt bad but im expecting lots of people to get mostly a*s in most of their subjects and im thinking maybe i wont get in to university. do you think i would have a realistic chance at getting into at least one of the medicaal schools in the country and do you think my chances would be better if i did a lot of work experience and do extra curicular activities such as the gold crest award and the ees scheme for example
