I am currently completing my second year towards an Elementry Education degree. My question is: if I want to apply for principle down the road(get a masters degree), how hard will it be? Will it help that I am a guy?
My passion is teaching little kids. However, I want the option to start a family down the road...and becoming a principle pays enough to do that.
Will it be possible to get that job? Is getting a job as assistant principle easier?
