I know Russia is the most bureaucratic country I've ever been to, but I have a few ideas that would really be successful. I have tons of money, so no worries there... but I am not a citizen.
Another question....would it be easier and less bureaucratic to open a business in Ukraine?
I was thinking something along the lines of the food industry.... a particular food store.
