How hard does the wind have to blow to affect a football trajectory?

were playing football saturday. weather says the wind is supposed to be blowing at 14mph is that enough to affect the way i throw

I have noticed that between 10 to 15 mph can affect the ball somewhat. It really gets bad after 20mph.
