How hard do you have to work in College to get into a decent Medical School?

usually what GPA level do you need to keep to go to a decent medical school? doesn't have to be a top school.

I can work very hard and i get good grades, very good at Bio

I think after graduating from med school i can either work here or in China since i can speak both languages perfectly. So there will be lots of options. And i would enjoy the job very much
