How good will this computer be for gaming?

MSI P31 motherboard
Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB
500GB SATAII HDD
LG 22" LCD monitor.
Just want to know if I'll be able to play many games on it. I'm interested in:
Test Drive Unlimited
Race Driver: GRID
Need for Speed Undercover
Sims 3
Colin McRae: DiRT and some other games.

You could have a faster processor, but that one is good enough for most things. I would upgrade the graphics card, for sure. My cpu is an x3 core 2.1 Ghz, but my graphics is Radeon HD 4830. This combo gives me 30 frames per second in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, at 1680 x 1050. I wouldn't recommend anything less than that.
All these games you'd be able to play very smoothly. Your CPU is decent enough that you won't lag. I only use a Pentium 4 Ghz and a 9400 GT and I can max out Cod4. (Although my fan does have it's issues) It's not a crisis killer but it is cheap. If you can get XP over Vista or wait till Windows 7 comes out. Vista + Gaming = Bad idea.
