You can't estimate how good the exact one you're looking at is, based on how "good" all of them are.
Whatever problems other people have had, do not apply to your vehicle.
What you need to do, is research that specific one, including maintenance history, have a mechanic check it out (at your cost), carfax AND autocheck, etc.
And then you can figure out if THAT particular one is "good" or not.
